It is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) and is a member of the Indian Public School's Conference (IPSC).The school was founded in 1974 by the Late Dr. A. P. Sen, a noted educationist, social worker and philanthropist. The school was initially located in the residence of Dr. Sen, but subsequently moved to its present location on Chowringhee Road.Harrow Hall is an English-medium school offering education from Kindergarten to the Indian School Certificate (ISC) level.
