On 25 December 2004, Bhopal Municipal Corporation passed a resolution to start another school in the city. The resolution was unanimously passed, and the school was to be called International Public School. The school was to be affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
The school building had been constructed in 2002, but the school was started only in 2004. The school is situated in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. The school has classes from Nursery to Class X. The school is co-educational, and the classes run from 9 am to 3 pm.
